Full professional responsibilities
- Design management; project management; client coordination; stakeholder coordination; resource management; design support during construction.
- Accountable for meeting project milestones, objectives and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Develop, maintain and deliver fit-for-purpose project management plans and progress reporting, ensuring the appropriate alignment and allocation of resources.
- Effectively identify, engage, influence and negotiate with key project stakeholders, internal and external including vendors, to achieve project outcomes and benefits.
- Work closely with the project owner and sponsors to ensure the project delivers the outcome to meet business requirements.
- Monitor project actuals, forecasts, and benefits against budget allocation.
- Effectively manage the risks associated with the delivery of complex projects through the preparation of detailed mitigation strategies and contingency plans, regular monitoring and control of activities and escalate where necessary.
- Understand current IT systems and processes to ensure project change management is appropriately tailored and delivered to the identified audience.
- Strong communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and client management skills.
