About this contractor performance evaluation tool
This tool builds a contractor performance evaluation dashboard directly in the browser, for project managers, consultants and clients who need a consistent way to score and compare contractors over the life of a project.
Scoring across six criteria
Each evaluation records a contractor name and evaluation period, then scores performance out of 100 on schedule adherence, cost control, quality of work, safety compliance, resource management, and contractual compliance — the areas that matter most to a project's outcome.
Automatic overall score and rating
The overall score is calculated automatically as the average of the six criteria. That score is then banded into a rating — Excellent (90+), Good (75–89), Satisfactory (60–74), or Poor (below 60) — so evaluations can be compared at a glance across contractors and periods.

The overall score is automatically banded into a rating: 90 and above is Excellent, 75 to 89 is Good, 60 to 74 is Satisfactory, and below 60 is Poor. These bands make it easy to compare contractors and evaluation periods at a glance.
How often should a contractor be evaluated?
Most projects evaluate contractors on a recurring basis — monthly or quarterly — so performance trends can be tracked over the life of the contract, in addition to a final evaluation at project close-out.
Can the contractor evaluation dashboard be exported for a management report?
Yes. The dashboard can be exported to CSV, saved as a project file to reopen later, printed directly to PDF, or turned into a full detail report listing every evaluation with its complete scoring and remarks for a management or vendor review meeting.
